sad days ahead

Day is done, gone the sun
From the lakes, from the hills, from the sky
All is well, safely rest
God is nigh.
Fading light dims the sight
And a star gems the sky, gleaming bright
From afar, drawing near
Falls the night.
Thanks and praise for our days
Neath the sun, neath the stars, neath the sky
As we go, this we know
God is nigh.

OMG y'all.   My Keurig has bit the dust.   That beautiful machine that dispenses coffee to me in a variety of sizes any time I want it...  is gone.   It silently tells me to descale it,  despite the fact it's been descaled numerous times in the past few days.

The thing about Keurigs is they are not cheap.  A brief visit to Amazon and Bed Bath and Beyond are letting me know I will need about $150 to replace my beloved piece of machinery.   Ack.   I'm determined to get this crises resolved without me shelling out $150.  I really hope I am successful.

And on a completely different note,  the library has informed me that my reserved copy of Dr. Ferber's book is available.   We never had to Ferber Baby Girl,  but my Little Guy needs some help in the sleeping department.  Let's hope Dr. Ferber knows what he is talking about!
